We would rather be genuinely good at a few things than available for everything. Here is what we take on, and what we deliberately leave to other people.
Three of these build something new: a website, a product that customers pay to use, or an app in the stores. Which one you need is usually clear within ten minutes of a first call, and sometimes the answer is two of them.
The fourth is different. Rescue and Support takes on software that already exists and has become risky to run, whether it came from an agency that moved on, a developer who left, or a rush to get something live. It is the part of our work we are best known for, and it makes the other three better, because fixing other people's software teaches you exactly what not to build.
What we do not do
Saying this clearly saves everyone a call, and a studio that claims to do everything is telling you nothing.
Logo design, brand identity or naming. We are happy to work alongside whoever does.
Marketing campaigns, advertising, or writing your content.
Games and heavy graphics work.
Software for physical devices and hardware.
Formal security certification. We find the obvious problems, but we are not an accredited auditor.
Renting out people by the hour. Our dedicated team arrangement is close, but our way of working comes with it.
